That's Snake in the sky ridding a cardboard box! Lol, epic.
I tried to imitate MGS2:Sons of Liberty's original artwork style. Hmm, it does'nt exactly looks the same, just look at the reference that I used: [link] (I hate to paint, I prefer Cell Shading.)
2 hour (With breaks), Paper(Sketch)+OpenCanva(Lineart/Painting), with Love and Passion.
